AD61 is a unique and exclusive development, the architect Yuri Zagorin, in Nuevo Polanco. This area has been transformed from an industrial embossed zone into one of the most desired and most sought after neighborhoods in Mexico City. Within the last decade the quarter, developed around Carso, one of the largest construction projects of the city grew at a rapid cadence.
The construction project AD61 consists of two rectangular tower constructions that use the land optimally cut. The building project offers 128 residential units, each with different floor plans and square numbers and spread over both columns.
